Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, for a Contract Analyst. This is an opportunity to do meaningful work in a mission-based organization while helping strengthen the contract systems and processes that support MHRSB’s work. Openings at MHRSB are rare. This role offers the chance to support a close-knit, collaborative organization by helping ensure contract administration is accurate, well-coordinated, compliant, and responsive to the needs of the agency and provider network.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, execution, revision, renewal, and closeout.
  • Review contract terms, budgets, service descriptions, reporting requirements, and provider submissions to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and follow-up needs.
  • Research contract-related questions using source documents, policies, rules, procedures, and written guidance.
  • Prepare contracts, amendments, exhibits, correspondence, summaries, and related materials.
  • Track change requests, signatures, deadlines, approvals, and required follow-up.
  • Support monitoring of contractor performance, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with provider agencies, government offices, and MHRSB staff regarding documentation, deadlines, and routine contract administration.
  • Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready contract files and help improve tracking tools, workflows, and documentation standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, finance, social services administration, or a related field with three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in contract administration, grants, procurement, compliance, provider relations, public administration, or related work; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
