Job Description
Join our Market Data team within Group Procurement, a central hub connecting Macquarie’s businesses and external suppliers to manage market data contracting across the organisation. You’ll be part of a collaborative, and high impact team supporting our Gurugram operations to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient global contract management.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will manage the end to end lifecycle of market data contracts, including reviews, renewals, cancellations, and ensuring compliance with internal processes while monitoring expirations and usage across the organisation. You’ll support the onboarding of new agreements by coordinating with Legal, conducting basic vendor negotiations, completing financial approvals, and maintaining accurate records in Optimize Spend alongside responding to contract related queries and month end reporting. Working closely with the Group Procurement Market Data Operations team, you will integrate lifecycle activities into broader workflows, advise stakeholders on usage rights, and analyse large datasets in Excel to maintain data quality and support informed decision making.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage suppliers and support internal stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters (e.g. renewals, usage terms, cost structures).
