What you'll do
The Contract Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and governance of contract-related data within the company’s CRM and contract management systems. This role acts as the bridge between Legal, Sales, Finance, and Operations, owning contract documentation standards, lifecycle tracking, and CRM data quality to support reporting, compliance, and revenue integrity.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working across systems, contracts, and stakeholders.
The position is a fixed term, 12 month contract

This role acts as the bridge between Legal, Sales, Finance, and Operations, owning contract documentation standards, lifecycle tracking, and CRM data quality to support reporting, compliance, and revenue integrity.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Documentation Management
- Own the storage, organisation, and version control of all customer and supplier contracts.
- Ensure contracts are correctly classified, tagged, and searchable in the CRM
- Maintain a single source of truth for executed agreements, amendments, renewals, and termination documents.
- Enforce document naming conventions, company standards, and retention policies.
- Support audits, legal reviews, and compliance requests by retrieving accurate contract records quickly.
- Act as the data quality owner for contract-related fields in the CRM (e.g. contract value, term, start/end dates, renewal type, governing law).
- Perform regular data audits to identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect contract information.
- Define and maintain data quality rules and mandatory fields in partnership with CRM administrators.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies between CRM & contract repositories
- Create documentation and guidance on correct CRM usage for contract data.
- Coordinate with Finance to support billing accuracy, revenue recognition, and audit readiness.
- Act as a point of contact for contract-related system and data questions.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in contract intake, storage, or CRM processes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to workflows, templates, and controls.
- Contribute to CRM enhancement projects, migrations.
- You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Ideally in an international SaaS company.
- Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail Demonstrates a high level of precision in managing contract data, ensuring completeness, consistency, and reliability across CRM and contract management systems.
- Process Ownership & Structured Thinking Applies a methodical, process-driven approach to contract lifecycle management.
- CRM & Data Governance Expertise Strong understanding of CRM systems and data governance principles, including data validation, auditing, and maintaining a single source of truth across systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Effectively partners with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment on contract data, billing accuracy, and compliance requirements.
- Communication & Stakeholder Support Communicates clearly and confidently, excellent standard of English.
- Confidentiality & Risk Awareness Handles sensitive contractual and commercial information with integrity, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Systems & Analytical Mindset Comfortable working across multiple systems and datasets, with the ability to identify discrepancies.
