Location: Jaipur (On-site)
Role Objective:
The Operations Manager – Ecotyl will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including order processing, production coordination, inventory management, and fulfillment. The role ensures seamless execution from order receipt to dispatch while maintaining operational efficiency, quality standards, and timely deliveries.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and strengthening Ecotyl’s operational backbone as the brand scales.
Primary Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Oversee the complete order lifecycle—from order receipt and confirmation to processing, packing, and dispatch.
Production Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and production partners to ensure timely manufacturing and quality compliance.
Inventory Management:
Track stock levels, maintain inventory records, and ensure the availability of products and packaging materials.
Operations Execution:
Manage day-to-day operational workflows, including procurement, packaging, logistics coordination, and dispatch.
Vendor & Partner Coordination:
Work closely with suppliers, packaging partners, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce delays or bottlenecks.
Qualitification:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Operational Experience:
1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or order management—preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, or wellness products.
Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to manage multiple operational tasks and ensure timely execution.
Communication Skills:
Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and basic inventory or order management tools.
Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on accuracy in order processing, stock management, and documentation.
