The Product Line Leader for Supply Chain & Manufacturing Systems is accountable for the strategic direction, delivery, and lifecycle management of digital products that enable operational excellence across global Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions, and for supporting the company’s Digital Transformation initiative.
This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and execution for digital products supporting production, logistics, planning, scheduling, warehouse operations, and quality processes—including legacy systems such as Bricks, Vix, Replica StockSystem, and Logcontrol, as well as the go-forward MES platform, Oracle WMS, Cyberplan (planning tool), and ComplianceQuest (Quality Management System).
As a key member of the Enterprise IT leadership team, the Product Line Leader partners with Global Process Owners, Regional IT, and Operations leadership to ensure technology capabilities align with business priorities, foster standardization and scalability, and advance both the digital manufacturing strategy and the broader Digital Transformation agenda of the company.

Key Duties
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for Manufacturing and Supply Chain digital products, including Bricks, Vix, the go-forward MES platform, Replica StockSystem, Logcontrol, Oracle WMS, Cyberplan, and ComplianceQuest.
- Establish the product vision and architecture, balancing operational continuity with transformation toward modern, scalable, and integrated solutions.
- Drive convergence, harmonization, and modernization of digital products across regions and business units.
- Serve as the strategic IT partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners to translate business objectives into scalable digital products and capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
- Partner with Regional IT and Business Relationship Managers to ensure global consistency and effective local adoption.
- Lead the full lifecycle of Manufacturing and Supply Chain digital products—from concept to delivery, enhancement, and retirement—ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
- Oversee the performance and stability of all MES environments (Bricks, Vix, legacy systems, and go-forward MES platform).
- Manage lifecycle and enhancement initiatives for WMS platforms (Replica StockSystem, Logcontrol, Oracle WMS) to optimize warehouse operations and integration with upstream/downstream systems.
- Oversee the ongoing evolution and effective utilization of Cyberplan and ComplianceQuest, ensuring process efficiency, quality compliance, and business value.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners supporting the digital product ecosystem.
- Ensure digital products are secure, scalable, compliant, and cost-effective.
- Promote simplification, reuse of capabilities, and phased retirement of legacy systems to reduce technical debt.
- Lead and develop a global product team of internal and external contributors (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, Vendors).
- Manage product budgets, investments, and total cost of ownership, ensuring transparency and measurable value realization.
- Foster agile ways of working, a product-centric culture, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
- 15+ years of experience in IT supporting Manufacturing or Supply Chain digital products.
- Proven experience with MES, WMS, Planning, and Quality systems.
- Strong track record delivering large-scale manufacturing and supply chain system transformations and driving standardization across multiple plants or regions.
- Excellent stakeholder management at executive and operational levels.
- Experience working within agile and product-centric operating models.
- Experience in complex, multi-region manufacturing organizations.
- Knowledge of PLM, APS, and connected factory digital products.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and integration with enterprise data and analytics platforms.
- Background in industrial, electronics, or similar manufacturing environments.
