We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts and build a strong pipeline of potential customers in the North American market. This role focuses on identifying and engaging decision-makers within small and mid-sized businesses, particularly in industries such as wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing. As part of a high-performing sales team, you will play a critical role in initiating conversations with prospective clients and creating opportunities that contribute to overall revenue growth. The position requires a proactive professional who enjoys outbound prospecting, building relationships, and communicating the value of technology-driven solutions to business leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for researching target companies, identifying key stakeholders, and reaching out through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and pipeline development
  • Research and identify high-potential accounts across target industries such as wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing
  • Conduct high-volume outreach activities including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement
  • Initiate conversations with senior decision-makers including executives and department leaders
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, and potential fit
  • Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for account executives with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Experiment with new outreach strategies and messaging approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Track and report outreach performance and pipeline progress to ensure consistent sales activity

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales or sales development roles
  • Proven experience generating leads through cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers
  • Confidence in handling high-volume outreach activities and building meaningful sales conversations
  • Experience selling or prospecting in North American markets is highly valuable
  • Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and resilience in a target-driven environment
