We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Writer with video production experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Coimbatore. This role combines exceptional writing skills with hands-on video content creation to drive our brand's digital presence across multiple platforms.

The Role

This is your chance to create authentic, value-driven content across faith-tech and enterprise brands. You'll write engaging copy while handling video production—from scripting to editing—to support YouTube, social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns. Expect a collaborative office environment in Coimbatore where you'll work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to drive audience engagement and growth.

• Content Creation: Write high-quality blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, website copy, and thought leadership articles tailored to Christian ministries, nonprofits, and enterprise audiences—ensuring alignment with brand voices.
• Video Scripting & Production: Develop scripts for YouTube videos, Reels, and promotional content; coordinate shoots, edit footage using tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, and optimize for platforms (e.g., thumbnails, captions, SEO).
• Collaboration & Iteration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, produce video series on faith-tech topics (e.g., Ministry AI use cases), and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain sensitive, authentic tones across channels
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content engagement (views, reads, shares) and contribute to weekly reports on what resonates with our US and Indian audiences.

Skills & Experience We're Seeking

• 1-4 years in content writing and video production
• Proven portfolio of written content (blogs, scripts, social posts) and produced videos
• Strong writing skills: Clear, engaging, and adaptable for diverse formats, with a knack for SEO and audience research.
• Video production expertise: Hands-on experience with scripting and post-production
• Familiarity with faith-based or tech content: Understanding IT/SaaS topics, or mobile app engagement.
• Bonus: Experience in content for non-technical audiences (e.g., churches, nonprofits) or multilingual skills (English primary; Tamil/Hindi a plus).
