Primary Responsibilities:

Create high-quality content for blogs, website pages, landing pages, brochures, case studies, and marketing materials related to real estate services.
Develop content around property lifecycle, property management, transactions, compliance, documentation, and market trends.
Write educational and thought leadership articles addressing real estate processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, and subject matter experts) to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, regulatory updates, and emerging industry practices.
Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media content, and website updates.
Exposure to title services such as title search, documentation, escrow, and closing processes will be an added advantage.
