Role Description

Role Proficiency:

We are seeking a Production Support Analyst who monitors and troubleshoots application performance, ensures system stability, resolves incidents, collaborates with technical teams, and maintains documentation. This role is crucial for minimizing downtime and enhancing the efficiency of our production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, and incidents.

System Monitoring: Monitor production systems to ensure smooth operation.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and system administrators, to address production issues.

Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.

Shift Working : Willingness to work on Shifts on Rotation basis

Technical Skills: Knowledge of production systems, software troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze metrics
