THE OPPORTUNITY

Most content roles at startups mean writing copy that disappears into a doc. This one is different. You will be creating short-form videos that go live every week: real content, real audiences, real feedback loops. You will see exactly how your work drives sign-ups, watch time, and growth.

Wiingy has already proven that short-form content works at scale. Now we are building an in-house team that can move faster, experiment harder, and own the content playbook entirely.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

• Show up on camera and be the face of Wiingy content: confidently, authentically, and consistently
• Spot trends early, absorb what is working across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and run with the format
• Write and execute your own scripts from concept to shoot to edit, without waiting for approvals at every step
• Help develop repeatable content formats we can scale, not just one-off viral attempts
• Track what converts: learn to connect content performance to actual free-trial sign-ups and tune your work accordingly
• Work closely with the growth team to align content with campaigns and product launches

WHO YOU ARE

• You are genuinely at home on camera: not just comfortable, but interesting to watch
• You consume short-form content obsessively and have strong instincts about what will perform
• You have made content before, for a brand, a client, or your own pages, and you have something to show for it
• You understand that volume matters: you can produce consistently without letting quality slip
• You speak clearly and engagingly in English, with a confident, easy-to-follow delivery
• You are a self-starter who treats ownership as the default, not a perk

NICE TO HAVE

• You have had a video break through, even once, and you understand why it worked
• You have made content in the education, tutoring, or student-life space
• You can do basic video editing yourself using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
• You have an existing audience or a creator portfolio

WHAT WE OFFER
