Position: Construction Monitoring & Evaluation Expert

Job Location: Arunachal Pradesh, India

Role Objective

To oversee and evaluate construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs, project timelines, quality standards, safety norms, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate construction progress against approved schedules and milestones.
• Review contractor performance, methodologies, and deployment of resources.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality assurance procedures, and safety standards.
• Identify delays, risks, and performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic monitoring reports, progress assessments, and evaluation summaries.
• Coordinate with international consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Support project management in decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting.
  
  

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in construction monitoring, supervision, or evaluation of large infrastructure projects.
• Experience in dam / hydropower projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools, progress tracking, and performance evaluation systems.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and coordination skills.
