Construction Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Construction Manager oversees day-to-day site operations, including planning work schedules, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring resources, materials, and equipment are available as needed. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing budgets and timelines, enforcing construction safety practices, and resolving on-site issues to keep work on track. The Construction Manager also reviews drawings and specifications, maintains documentation and reporting, and communicates regularly with stakeholders to align on project goals and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead site teams, coordinate contractors, and manage daily work activities.
• Experience with Budgeting and Project Control to manage costs, track progress, and keep projects on schedule.
• Solid knowledge of Construction methods, materials, and industry standards, with hands-on site management experience.
• Demonstrated competency in Construction Safety, including implementing safety protocols and complying with regulations.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management tools, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely decisions on-site.
• Ability to work full time on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
