Role Description
The Conference Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for end-to-end production of high-quality conferences and related events. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research to identify relevant topics, developing agenda structures, and creating compelling conference programs aligned with industry trends. The role involves sourcing, approaching, and securing speakers and panelists, managing content timelines, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful event delivery. The Conference Producer will also oversee event planning details, monitor project milestones, maintain stakeholder communication, and contribute to post-event evaluation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong conference production skills, including agenda development, program design, and content planning.
- Demonstrated ability in market research and industry analysis to identify relevant themes and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and content creation.
- Experience in speaker acquisition, including identifying, approaching, and confirming high-level speakers and partners.
- Proficiency in event management, covering logistics coordination, timelines, and execution of conferences or business events.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with the technology or B2B events sector is an advantage.
