About The Role

We are looking for a Community Relations Coordinator, who will serve as a key link with the local communities we work with. The role involves building trust, spreading awareness about skill development programs, mobilizing youth and community stakeholders, and ensuring strong community engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilization Target Achievement

• • Achieve the agreed mobilization targets across Gurugram within the defined timelines.
  • Monitor mobilization progress regularly and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Strategic Mobilization Planning
    
    

• • Develop and implement mobilization strategies at least three months before the project deadline to ensure target achievement.
  • Identify new outreach opportunities and innovative approaches for increasing enrollments.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management
    
    

• • Build and strengthen relationships with external stakeholders such as Anganwadis, NGOs, ASHA workers, institutes, schools, and community organizations.
  • Establish partnerships with colleges and educational institutions to enhance outreach and mobilization efforts.
  • Digital Mobilization Enhancement
    
    

• • Encourage and ensure effective use of digital platforms and online methods for mobilization activities.
  • Support the team in adopting innovative digital engagement practices to improve outreach outcomes.
  • Team Coordination and Review
    
    

• • Conduct monthly meetings with CRAs and Center Coordinators and Project Managers to review progress, discuss updates, identify gaps, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination among all stakeholders involved in mobilization activities.
  • Team Mentoring and Productivity Improvement
    
    

• • Mentor and guide mobilization team members to enhance their productivity, performance, and professional development.
  • Provide continuous support and feedback to strengthen team effectiveness.
  • Capacity Building and Cross-Center Support
    
    

• • Build the capacity of the Gurugram Mobilization Team through training, guidance, and skill development initiatives.
  • Extend support to other centers whenever required to ensure smooth mobilization operations.
  • Networking and Team Development
    
    

• • Train and support to other CRAs in developing networks and stakeholder relationships for effective mobilization and outreach activities.
    

Desired Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Education, Development Studies, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement, mobilization, or youth development (preferably in the non-profit or development sector)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds with empathy and respect
• Familiarity with local communities and grassroots outreach strategies
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about social impact
  
  

The remuneration will range between Rs.30,000/- to Rs.35,000/- CTC per month, depending upon skills and experience. PF, ESI and other benefits will be available as per rules.
