We are looking for a Community Manager to create an exceptional resident experience across our co-living properties. You will be the primary point of contact for residents—from move-in to move-out—while building an engaging and vibrant community.

This is a people-first role, not a facilities or maintenance role.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Resident Experience

  • Manage end-to-end move-ins and move-outs using checklists.
  • Welcome new residents and help them settle in.
  • Conduct exit conversations and capture feedback.
  • Be the go-to person for resident queries and concerns.
  • Proactively identify and escalate recurring issues.

2.Community Building

  • Plan and host community events, workshops, and celebrations.
  • Encourage resident participation and build a welcoming culture.
  • Conduct periodic resident check-ins and gather feedback.

3.Communication

  • Manage resident WhatsApp groups.
  • Share announcements, updates, and event information.
  • Celebrate birthdays, welcome new residents, and keep communication engaging.

4.Social Media Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to capture events and resident stories.
  • Encourage residents to participate in photos, videos, and reels.

5.Reporting

Provide a weekly summary covering:

  • Move-ins & move-outs
  • Resident feedback
  • Issues raised
  • Events conducted
  • Community engagement


What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, energetic, and proactive personality.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable hosting events and interacting with groups.
  • Based in or able to commute to Whitefield/ITPL.


Experience in hospitality, customer service, community management, or events is preferred, but attitude matters more than experience.
