The position will be based at BeeYoung Brewgarden, the flagship hospitality venture of Kimaya Himalayan Beverages LLP. BeeYoung Brewgarden offers a distinctive European-style brewpub experience featuring the largest brewhouse in Delhi NCR, complemented by authentic globally inspired cuisine and award-winning craft beers. The brand is focused on delivering elevated guest experiences through innovation, hospitality excellence, and immersive dining culture.
Position - Community & Business Manager
Work Model & Timings - On Site , Rotational shifts as per hospitality industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, pitching, and securing strategic brand collaborations including alcobev brands, premium lifestyle labels, FMCG partners, and experiential/event-driven brands aligned with the positioning of the venue.
- Building and managing strong corporate partnerships to drive consistent business for team outings, office parties, offsites, networking events, and corporate social gatherings, ensuring repeat corporate inflow.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with event agencies, talent managers, artists, DJs, live performers, and entertainment curators to consistently enhance the venue’s experiential offering.
- Conceptualizing and executing high-impact thematic campaigns and seasonal activations such as IPL screenings, Oktoberfest celebrations, New Year’s Eve events, Valentine’s experiences, festive brunches, and other calendar-led promotions.
- Driving sponsored events, brand takeovers, and co-branded experiences that enhance visibility, footfall, and incremental revenue generation.
- Exploring and closing B2B partnerships with travel companies, colleges, student communities, corporates, and local business networks to expand audience reach and drive group bookings.
- Generating and managing private event bookings including birthdays, anniversaries, corporate celebrations, engagement parties, and exclusive buyouts, ensuring seamless execution and guest experience.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting event-wise revenue performance, partnership ROI, and activation outcomes, while continuously optimizing strategies to improve conversion, profitability, and future business opportunities.
