Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can own and scale how we communicate across the entire user journey—right from discovery to conversion to post-wedding engagement.
At a wedding marketplace, communication is not just messaging—it directly influences high-value decisions like venue bookings, vendor selection, and overall planning experience. This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, and brand, and will play a critical part in driving both user engagement and business outcomes.
This is not a campaign role. This is a full-funnel communication ownership role.
What You’ll Work On1. Communication Strategy
You’ll be part of a high-impact growth and marketing team at a leading wedding marketplace.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, and brand, and will play a critical part in driving both user engagement and business outcomes.
This is not a campaign role. This is a full-funnel communication ownership role.
What You’ll Work On1. Communication Strategy
- Own communication strategy across B2C (users) and B2B (vendors/partners)
- Map lifecycle journeys (discovery → consideration → conversion → retention)
- Identify key moments, triggers, and campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
- CRM Marketing
- Execute and scale campaigns across:
- Push notifications
- In-app messaging
- Build and optimize:
- Automated journeys (targeted campaigns, reactivation, lead nurturing)
- Trigger-based communication (webhooks, behavioral events)
- Chatbot and conversational flows for engagement and lead qualification
- Conversion & Engagement Optimization
- Improve open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics across channels
- Run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, and timing
- Use data and user behavior to continuously refine communication
- Brand & Marketing Communication
- Ensure a consistent and strong brand voice across all touchpoints
- Create and manage marketing collaterals:
- Campaign messaging
- Sales decks and vendor communication
- Landing page and product communication
- Translate product features into clear, compelling communication
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Design teams
- Align communication with business goals like lead generation, retention, and monetization
You’ll be part of a high-impact growth and marketing team at a leading wedding marketplace.
- A team that sits at the intersection of product, growth, and brand
- Works closely with founders and cross-functional teams
- Focused on solving real user problems—not just pushing campaigns
- Moves fast, experiments constantly, and values data-backed decisions
- Work on a high-intent, high-emotion category where communication directly impacts decisions
- Own the entire user journey, not just one channel
- See direct business impact of your work at scale
- Blend growth, product thinking, and brand storytelling in one role
- 3-5 years of experience in communications / lifecycle marketing / CRM marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, HubSpot or similar will be a plus
- Strong experience in multi-channel campaign execution and automation
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging
- Data-driven mindset with experience in testing and performance tracking
- Experience in brand communication
