About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Inbound Marketing who can build and scale modern B2B demand generation programs while supporting strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
The ideal candidate understands how to attract, engage, nurture, and convert B2B buyers through content, AEO, GEO, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven campaign optimization. While Inbound Marketing and Demand Generation are the primary focus of this role, you'll also contribute to targeted ABM programs for strategic accounts.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across multiple client accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Marketing & Demand Generation (Primary)
- Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies that attract, engage, nurture, and convert qualified B2B buyers.
- Build and optimize demand generation campaigns across content, AEO, GEO, email marketing, landing pages, webinars, social media, and organic channels.
- Create and execute lead nurturing programs, lifecycle marketing campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.
- Develop content strategies including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, landing pages, webinars, sales enablement assets, and thought leadership content.
- Improve website conversion rates through content optimization, user journey improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution.
- Support AEO-driven content initiatives and improve visibility across modern search experiences, AI-assisted discovery, and relevant industry communities.
Account-Based Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of targeted ABM campaigns for strategic accounts.
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), account segmentation, account prioritization, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales to align account-based campaigns with revenue goals.
- Measure account engagement and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
Marketing Automation & AI
- Build and optimize lead nurturing, lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle automation, and campaign workflows using HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve research, campaign planning, content creation, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and build scalable marketing processes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and optimize key metrics including website traffic, lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline influence, campaign performance, account engagement, and revenue contribution.
- Build actionable dashboards and provide insights using HubSpot, Looker Studio, Airtable, DashThis, or similar reporting tools.
- Continuously improve campaigns through experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, and business insights.
Client & Project Management
- Manage multiple global B2B client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Lead client discussions, present recommendations, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, Content, AEO, GEO, Paid Media, Design, Development, and Leadership teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.
- Drive projects with ownership, accountability, quality, and timely execution.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong marketing expertise with curiosity, technology, and ownership.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Inbound Marketing and Demand Generation.
- Proven expertise in content marketing, AEO, GEO, lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline growth.
- Experience supporting or executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns is highly preferred.
- Experience working with SaaS, Technology, IT Services, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecom, or other B2B industries.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, analytics, and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of the modern B2B buyer journey and revenue-focused marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic agency environment.
