Collections Specialist

We are currently supporting a large UK financial services organisation with a project within their motor finance collections function, and we’re looking to speak with experienced Motor Finance Collections Agents who can join at short notice. This is a short term contract, please only apply if you are available immediately.

This is a high-volume contact centre environment, handling both inbound and outbound collections activity with customers in arrears on motor finance agreements.

Role Overview

• Managing inbound and outbound collections calls with customers in arrears

• Discussing repayment options, payment plans, and customer circumstances

• Working within a dialler-driven environment with call and performance targets

• Ensuring all conversations are handled in line with regulatory and compliance standards

Key Experience Required

• Motor finance collections experience (essential)

• Experience working in a high-volume call centre / dialler environment

• Strong understanding of regulated collections processes

• Ability to manage challenging conversations with customers in arrears
