Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Site Engineer (Interior Fitouts) role based in Hyderabad. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing interior fitout projects, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with structural and design specifications. Key responsibilities include managing on-site operations, monitoring timelines, supervising teams of civil engineers, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety regulations. The role also demands close communication and coordination with project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors as required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of on-site management and experience supervising interior fitout projects
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, contractors, and clients
• Proficiency in quality control measures and ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Expertise in structural engineering principles and their application to interior fitouts
• Proven experience as a civil engineer in construction or interior project execution
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams, ensuring project milestones are met
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Professional degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a master's degree is a plus
• Working knowledge of project management tools and industry-standard design software
• Understanding of local construction safety standards and building codes
