We are looking for motivated and responsible Collection Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and maintaining positive relationships while ensuring timely collections.

Responsibilities:

• Calling customers for payment reminders and collections

• Maintaining call records and follow-ups

• Co-ordinating with the accounts team

• Experience in collections/tele-calling preferred

Requirements:

• Good communication skills & Negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Experience in collections/tele-calling preferred

• Working mode: work from office
