We are seeking a qualified Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our location in Jammu. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, oversee daily operations to meet sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members, analyzing sales data, generating reports to track performance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. As a Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and motivating team members
- Strong sales and negotiation experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in sales planning, data analysis, and performance tracking
- Customer relationship management and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the gemstone or luxury goods industry is an advantage
