Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive located in Gorakhpur. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing debt collection efforts to ensure timely repayment of loans. Responsibilities include monitoring repayment schedules, ensuring compliance with credit control policies, analyzing financial data, and maintaining effective communication with customers to resolve payment issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control and Debt Collection practices
• Strong Communication and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of Finance principles and related processes
• Ability to work on-site and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in microfinance, banking, or credit management is a plus
• A diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
