Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Coating Inspector located in Chennai. The Coating Inspector will oversee and inspect surface preparation, application of coatings, and insulation processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include performing quality control checks, supervising on-site coating and insulation activities, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The role requires close collaboration with the project team to deliver exceptional outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and oversee on-site teams during coating and insulation projects
• Technical expertise in Paint, Insulation, and Coatings processes, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
• Experience in Quality Control practices to ensure compliance with required project specifications
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols related to coatings and surface preparation
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Previous work experience in industrial coating or a related field is a plus
• Certification in coating inspection (e.g., NACE or equivalent) is preferred
