Role Overview:
This is NOT a typical CEO role. As Co-Founder & CEO, you will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for shaping and driving the organization forward. This role demands a passionate entrepreneur who thrives in startup environments, takes ownership end-to-end, and is eager to build something meaningful from the ground up.
This is a full-time, onsite role in Kolkata — not an advisory position. You will work closely with co-founders and stakeholders to translate vision into impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Vision, Strategy & Roadmap:
✳️ Define and execute the company’s long-term vision across multiple verticals including technology platforms, consumer products, and supply-chain driven businesses.
✳️ Design a phased expansion strategy — prioritizing focus, validation, and scalability at each stage.
✳️ Balance short-term execution with long-term ecosystem building.
Business Building & Execution:
✳️ Lead the company from idea stage to launch, growth, and expansion.
✳️ Own the development of business models, revenue strategies, pricing, and unit economics across verticals.
✳️ Ensure strong execution discipline while operating in high-ambiguity environments.
Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership
✳️ Build and manage operations across technology, product, marketing, supply chain, partnerships, and customer experience.
✳️ Establish systems, SOPs, compliance frameworks, and performance metrics.
✳️ Oversee execution across both digital platforms and physical operations as the company evolves.
Fundraising & Financial Leadership:
✳️ Lead fundraising strategy across seed, pre-Series, and future rounds.
✳️ Manage investor relationships, board communication, and stakeholder alignment.
✳️ Own financial planning, capital allocation, cost control, and long-term sustainability.
Team Building & Culture:
✳️ Build a strong founding team and leadership pipeline.
✳️ Recruit senior leaders as new verticals are launched.
✳️ Create a culture of ownership, accountability, speed, and ethical business practices.
Brand, Partnerships & External Leadership:
✳️ Act as the public face of the company with investors, partners, regulators, and media.
✳️ Build strategic partnerships across healthcare, wellness, FMCG, agriculture, and technology ecosystems.
✳️ Drive trust, credibility, and long-term brand equity.
Who You Are:
✳️ Someone who has worked in/with startups (FoodTech, D2C, B2B, Ops-heavy models)
✳️ A builder who enjoys execution more than just strategy
✳️ Comfortable working in uncertainty and solving real-world problems daily
✳️ Obsessed with growth, numbers, and getting things done.
✳️ Launch and run the first operational unit.
✳️ Build the business from 0 → ₹50 lakhs/month.
✳️ Handle execution, investors, operations, growth, and team building, etc.
✳️ Create a scalable model for expansion.
✳️ Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience across startups, scale-ups, or complex businesses.
✳️ Proven track record of building and scaling businesses from early stages.
✳️ Experience working across Food / Consumer ✳️ Brands, HealthTech & FMCG or Consumer Goods.
✳️ Demonstrated experience in P&L ownership, fundraising, and team leadership.
