Chief Executive Officer

We are looking for a dynamic Business Head to lead and scale our Plastic Recycling Business, focusing on Recycled Granules, Compounds, and Masterbatch solutions.

This is a leadership role responsible for P&L ownership, business expansion, and strategic growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall business strategy & P&L management
• Scale revenue and market share in recycled plastic granules, compounds & masterbatch
• Develop and expand B2B customer base (Auto, Packaging, Appliances, FMCG)
• Lead sales, operations, and supply chain alignment
• Identify new markets, applications, and product opportunities
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team
• Strengthen partnerships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers & exporters
• Ensure compliance with sustainability and regulatory standards
• Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives
