CNC / VMC Operator / Programmer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC/VMC Operator/Programmer responsible for operating and programming CNC/VMC machines to produce precision components as per drawings and specifications. The candidate should ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines for production

Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

Develop and modify CNC programs (G-code/M-code)

Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters

Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy

Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)

Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle time

Maintain machines and ensure proper housekeeping

Follow safety and quality standards

Required Skills

Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations

Ability to read engineering drawings

Experience In Programming (Fanuc/Siemens/other Controllers)

Understanding of tooling and machining processes

Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Eligibility Criteria

Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field

Experience

Operator: 1+ Years

Programmer: 1+ Years

Compensation Benefits

Working Hours: 8-10 hours (Shift-based, if applicable)
