Roles and Responsibility:
You’ll work in the Founder’s Office on some of the company’s highest-impact, most ambiguous problems. This role sits at the intersection of data, execution, and cross-functional problem-solving, helping leadership make better decisions and move faster.
The Role
- Build, track, and analyse the business metrics, dashboards, and reports that leadership actually uses
- Get hands-on with messy business data — clean it up, connect the dots, and surface what really matters
- Power business reviews, QBRs, OKRs, and leadership meetings with sharp prep, clear insights, and strong follow-through
- Keep cross-functional initiatives moving by tracking progress, chasing dependencies, and ensuring decisions turn into action
- Own project health reporting with a focus on key operational and financial metrics
Skills Required
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort operating in ambiguity
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders
- Solid hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with reporting tools or CRMs is expected
- Ability to juggle competing priorities across teams without dropping quality
- Clear communicator who can zoom in on details and zoom out to the bigger picture
The Background
- 2-5 years of experience in a Founder’s Office, Strategy & Ops, Consulting, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA from Tier 1 college
