Job Description
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Relationship Management :Build strong relationships with bank branch managers, key staff, and relationship managers (RMs) to drive insurance leads.
- Sales Generation: Achieve pre-set sales targets (ANP/premium) through walk-in customers and bank databases
- Product Training: Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to increase their product knowledge and confidence in recommending insurance solutions.
- Joint Sales Calls: Work with bank staff to conduct joint sales calls with clients, focusing on needs-based selling.
- Marketing Activations: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, kiosk activities, and awareness sessions within the bank branch.
- Policy Issuance Support: Assist in lead conversion, documentation, and the smooth processing of insurance applications.
- Compliance Service: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g., IRDAI) and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: BANCA CHANNEL LIFE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE PREFFERED
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Key Traits: Result-driven, persuasive, and able to work under pressure.
