Position: CNC Grinding Operator

Industry: CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

• Operate CNC Grinding machines for precision component manufacturing.
• Perform machine setting and tool offset adjustments.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Measure components using precision instruments such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Dial Gauges, Height Gauges, and Bore Gauges.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain quality standards.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and maintain workplace safety.
• Achieve production targets while minimizing rejection and rework.

• Experience in CNC Cylindrical, Surface, or Internal Grinding Machines.
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or similar CNC controls is preferred.
• Good understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of grinding wheels, dressing, coolant systems, and machining parameters.

• ITI (Turner/Machinist/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2–6 Years in CNC Grinding Operations.
