Cluster Head (Jewellery)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Head to lead and drive business performance across multiple jewellery showrooms. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-store leadership experience, expertise in jewellery retail operations, sales growth, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability across 7+ jewellery stores
• Own cluster-level P&L and achieve sales and margin targets
• Develop and implement seasonal and regional sales strategies
• Lead, mentor, and monitor showroom managers and teams
• Ensure SOP compliance across service, billing, VM, and store operations
• Manage inventory planning, stock allocation, and aged inventory control
• Build and maintain strong HNI/VIP customer relationships
• Analyze sales reports, stock data, and performance metrics
• Submit weekly and monthly business performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or Sales
• 12–15 years of experience in jewellery retail
• Minimum 5+ years managing multiple stores within a single brand
• Strong financial acumen with P&L handling experience
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and retail analytics
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi
• Willingness to travel frequently
