Agentic AI Architect

Role Summary
Design and govern scalable Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases (e.g., policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent systems using frameworks like Google Agent Development Kit
• Define agent orchestration, memory, tool usage, and guardrails
• Design LLM + deterministic system interplay (APIs, workflows, eventing)
• Optimize for latency, cost, reliability, and observability
• Establish evaluation frameworks, prompt strategies, and safety controls
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain teams

Must-Have Skills

• 8–12+ years in architecture (AI/ML + distributed systems)
• Hands-on with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation)
• Experience architecting and tuning agent-based or LLM-driven systems
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven systems

Good to Have

• Health insurance domain (policy, claims, underwriting)
• Experience with Vertex AI / GenAI platforms
