This role will own the strategy, governance, and performance of recruitment vendors to ensure high-quality talent delivery across business functions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in vendor-driven hiring models, stakeholder management, and leadership hiring execution.
Key Responsibilities Vendor Strategy & Management
- Build and manage a high-performing ecosystem of recruitment vendors and search partners.
- Define vendor selection criteria, onboarding frameworks, and engagement models.
- Drive vendor performance through SLAs, scorecards, and periodic reviews.
- Optimize vendor mix across contingency, RPO, and executive search partners.
- Lead vendor-led hiring strategy for mid-level to leadership roles across business units.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand business hiring priorities and critical talent needs.
- Ensure strong candidate quality, diversity, and hiring velocity through vendor channels.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and HRBPs on external hiring strategy.
- Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability insights through vendor network.
- Establish clear vendor governance frameworks, hiring workflows, and compliance standards.
- Monitor time-to-hire, vendor submission quality, conversion ratios, and cost-per-hire.
- Drive continuous improvements in vendor engagement and hiring efficiency.
- Track and report key recruitment KPIs and vendor performance metrics.
- Leverage data insights to refine vendor allocation, hiring strategy, and talent pipelines.
- 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to vendor-driven hiring models.
- Proven experience managing multiple recruitment agencies or search firms.
- Experience hiring for mid-to-senior level roles and leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing channels, and recruitment metrics.
