Role Description The Clinical Dietitian at Hobfit will provide individualized, evidence-based nutrition care to users, working closely with medical professionals and coaches to support overall treatment plans. This full-time, on-site role in Faridabad includes conducting nutritional assessments, designing medical nutrition therapy plans, and delivering ongoing nutritional counseling for conditions such as PCOS, thyroid disorders, metabolic syndrome, and other lifestyle-related concerns. The Clinical Dietitian will review lab results and biomarkers, track progress, and adjust care plans based on user responses and clinical indicators. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, collaborating in multidisciplinary case discussions, contributing to program development, and supporting culturally relevant nutrition guidelines that align with Hobfit’s women’s health focus.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Dietetics and Human Nutrition, with the ability to translate scientific knowledge into practical, culturally relevant guidance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition, especially for endocrine, metabolic, and women’s health-related conditions.
  • Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including assessment, goal-setting, and behavior-change support for diverse populations.
  • Recognized qualification in dietetics/nutrition (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field; registration/licensure where applicable).
  • Experience in clinical or hospital settings, preferably with exposure to women’s health, metabolic disorders, or lifestyle medicine.
  • Ability to interpret lab reports and biomarkers and integrate them into personalized nutrition plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a user-centric, empathetic approach and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Comfort with technology-enabled care platforms, electronic health records, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
