We're looking for an AI Audio Production Lead—someone who's been deep in the world of audio, post-production, music, or radio, and is ready to lead the next evolution of production using AI. You'll own quality, mentor an incredible team, work alongside product and tech, and help define what world-class AI audio should sound like.

What you'll be doing

• Own end-to-end audio production across our AI-powered pipeline.
• Set the creative benchmark for what premium audio should sound like.
• Lead, mentor, and level up a team of audio producers.
• Collaborate with Product & Tech to test, improve, and shape AI audio tools.
• Build smarter workflows, production standards, and scalable processes.
• Balance creative excellence with speed, efficiency, and scale.

You're a great fit if you have

• 6–8 years of experience in audio production, post-production, music production, or radio/FM.
• Experience leading or managing people (formal or informal leadership both count).
• Strong communication skills—you know how to align teams, give actionable feedback, and keep projects moving.
• A sharp creative ear and high standards for audio quality.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and excitement to experiment with new tools and workflows.
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments where you're helping build the playbook, not just following one.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience building or scaling production workflows.
• Hands-on exposure to AI audio tools, generative audio, voice AI, or SFX technology.
• A diverse audio background across music, post-production, podcasts, radio, or multiple formats.
