About the Role

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer projects and

providing exceptional service to our customers. You will oversee the coordination of internal teams

to complete projects within a specified time-frame and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition,

you will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and problem resolution for our

customers.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer projects from Discovery through successful implementation.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Lead the Customer Support and Data teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Resolve customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver customer training programs.
  • Maintain customer service records, support tickets, and project documentation.
  • Allocate resources and manage service request schedules.
  • Generate productivity, service, and performance reports for management.
  • Provide technical support during customer implementations and sales demonstrations.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify team training requirements and conduct coaching sessions.
  • Develop and implement customer service best practices and operational strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of customer issues.


Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech (Mandatory)
  • 12–15 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Technical Support Management.
  • Strong IT background.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing customer-facing teams and enterprise clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay range and compensation package

Up to ₹20 LPA


Location: Vadodara (Onsite) - Only candidates from Vadodara and nearby apply - Face to Face interview will be conducted.
