About the Role

We're looking for someone who can bring order to a fast-moving startup. As the Business Operations Manager, you'll work directly with the founders to keep projects on track, connect teams, improve workflows, and ensure execution happens without delays. If you enjoy solving problems, building systems, and making businesses run smoother every day, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support to keep execution aligned.
• Team Operations and HR : Lead Hiring, Onboarding, Manage and train teams across daily operations of Accounts, Logistics, and Customer Support.
• Workflow Management: Build and improve operational workflows using Microsoft tools and other productivity tools.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement systems that improve efficiency and team productivity.
• Operational Reporting: Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and provide business insights to the founder's team.
• Founder Support: Work closely with the founders to execute strategic initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Operations or Project Management. (Operation Management in any kind of business.)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
