We’re Hiring: Client Servicing & Operations Associate 


We are a newly launched Virtual Assistant company looking for a dynamic, proactive, and hands-on professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, is comfortable interacting with international stakeholders, and thrives in a startup environment where no two days look the same. We’re looking for someone who is excited to build, execute, and contribute from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication
  • Work directly with international/foreign clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Handle client-facing conversations, follow-ups, and relationship management
  • Support and execute social media strategy, including content creation, planning, and online presence management
  • Handle day-to-day administrative work, including scheduling, documentation, email coordination, data management, and other operational tasks as required
  • Support internal business operations and take ownership of tasks that help the company run smoothly
  • Contribute across functions in a startup environment and be willing to step in where needed


Requirements

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, client servicing, operations, or administration (at least 1 to 2 years of experience)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in speaking to foreign/international clients
  • Comfortable building and maintaining professional client relationships
  • Understanding of social media strategy and digital platforms
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable in taking ownership of day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, coordination, documentation, follow-ups, email management, and general operational support
  • Someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and excited to work in a startup environment
  • A self-starter who is comfortable figuring things out and building processes from scratch

  • A reliable laptop or computer capable of handling daily work tasks efficiently
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection to ensure smooth communication and productivity
  • A quiet and professional workspace for meetings and focused work


Salary And Benefits

  • Salary: ₹35,000- ₹45,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and working hours)
