we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Manager to manage client relationships, streamline communication, and ensure a seamless client experience throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination
  • Track project progress and ensure timely updates are shared with clients
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and project data
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, execution, accounts) to ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally
  • Assist in lead management, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
  • Prepare reports on client interactions, project status, and pipeline performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM/client handling roles, preferably within architectural or design firms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in architectural/interior design firms
  • able to work under high pressure and deliver results
  • Understanding of project workflows in design and construction
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
