The team brings many years of combined experience in branding, indoor signage, print media, and graphic design, partnering with reliable suppliers to ensure consistent quality. Think specializes in indoor branding solutions using green-sensitive HP Latex and eco-solvent technologies, offering products such as banners, exhibition systems, fabric frames, posters, and custom wallpapers. The company also delivers a wide range of design and printing services, including brochures, catalogues, business cards, premium wedding cards, and other marketing materials. Think values innovation, precision, and collaborative creativity to produce impactful designs that elevate client brands.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements, branding guidelines, timelines, and project expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Design Coordination

  • Discuss client requirements with the design team.
  • Coordinate artwork adaptations, layouts, and design revisions.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with the client's brand guidelines and project scope.
  • Obtain client approvals for designs before production.

Estimation & Order Processing

  • Coordinate with the estimation team to prepare quotations.
  • Present estimates to clients and obtain approval.
  • Ensure approved estimates are communicated to the production team.
  • Prepare and maintain work orders and project documentation.

Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with printing and production departments.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Resolve any production-related issues promptly.

Site Supervision

  • Plan and coordinate installation schedules with clients and installation teams.
  • Visit project sites to supervise installation and branding activities.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved designs and quality standards.
  • Verify completion of work and obtain client sign-off wherever required.

Project Management

  • Track project progress from enquiry to final completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed specifications.
  • Escalate issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
  • Coordinate across sales, design, production, procurement, and installation teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, printing, signage, branding, advertising, or production coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic project tracking.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations and project sites.
