Designation: Client Coordinator

Shift: US

Shift Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 0 to 1 Year


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams ensuring clients' requirements and expectations are managed and met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, identifying needs and providing innovative solutions.
  • Facilitate communication via email, phone calls, and video conferences between clients and team members based in the USA.
  • Plan and execute the client-related communication plan including agendas, minutes, follow-ups etc.
  • Understand the client’s business, their needs, and their industry to provide the best possible service.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Prepare regular client reports to track progress against key performance indicators and outlined goals.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role in a professional services company.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic and forward-thinking approach.
