Designation: Client Coordinator
Shift: US
Shift Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST
Location: Vadodara
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams ensuring clients' requirements and expectations are managed and met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, identifying needs and providing innovative solutions.
- Facilitate communication via email, phone calls, and video conferences between clients and team members based in the USA.
- Plan and execute the client-related communication plan including agendas, minutes, follow-ups etc.
- Understand the client’s business, their needs, and their industry to provide the best possible service.
- Responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Prepare regular client reports to track progress against key performance indicators and outlined goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role in a professional services company.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic and forward-thinking approach.
