Role Description

As a Civil-Site Engineer at INDOCOOL Composites Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring the quality control of structures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project specifications. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, where you will coordinate construction activities, ensure compliance with safety standards, and monitor the progress of ongoing projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site operations and project supervision
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in quality control practices related to civil and structural projects
• Solid foundation in structural engineering and civil engineering concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Ability to assess project requirements and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Experience with FRP composites or related materials is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges on-site
