• Experience in project management, customer relationship management and Delivery management
• Should have experience in civil construction works and quality audits
• Structural design
• Soil testing
• Foundation design
• Preparation of BOQ
• Tower foundation
• Tower Erection
• Site acceptance
• Site acceptance procedures with customers and contractors
• Plans, directs, and supervises all operations included in moderately-sized projects with moderate risk, complexity and financial impact
• Controls overall project cost and scope, schedule, and quality of work

Basic Skill Requirement:

-         Leadership skill

-         People Management skill

-         Good Communication skill

Qualification

Graduate in civil engineering or diploma with 13+ years of civil construction experience. Out of these 6+years in Telecom tower construction.
