Position: Architect

📍 Location: Gaborone, Botswana

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team in Botswana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design development, drawings, project coordination, and site supervision for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings
• Develop 2D/3D concepts and presentation models
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and codes
• Conduct site visits and supervise project progress
• Assist in BOQ preparation and material specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Registered or eligible for registration (Botswana preferred)
• 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and site execution
• Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects

✔ Strong design and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects

✔ Good communication and coordination skills
