Founded in 2013, Khan Saheb Foods is led by Shorab Choudhary, a business graduate, and Gaurav Agarwal, a chartered accountant, both of whom share a passion for delivering an unmatched culinary experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer role based in Bengaluru. The COO will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, lead strategic business planning, and drive overall operational efficiency. Core responsibilities include managing supply chain logistics, monitoring financial performance, collaborating with department heads to enhance productivity, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards, and identifying opportunities for growth and market expansion. The COO will also play a key role in aligning operational goals with the company’s strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to drive strategic goals and oversee daily business functions.
- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
- Competence in Finance and Budgeting to manage resources effectively, forecast projections, and ensure financial health.
- Leadership and team-building abilities to inspire and manage cross-functional teams toward achieving operational excellence.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, supply chain logistics, and quality standards is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience, including senior management roles, preferably in the hospitality or food service sector.
