Role Overview: Learning and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Specialist:

Hiring for a client location based in Mumbai


As a Learning and OE Specialist, you will be integral to designing and delivering targeted learning programs and organizational effectiveness initiatives for a prominent conglomerate. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai requires close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to foster employee growth and enhance organizational impact.


Key Responsibilities:


Learning and Development:

  • Develop and execute customized learning programs aligned with client-specific needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and developmental opportunities.
  • Create engaging, impactful learning experiences using innovative and creative approaches.
  • Assess learning outcomes through feedback and metrics, making continuous improvements.


Organizational Effectiveness (OE):

  • Lead initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, women’s empowerment, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze engagement survey data, identifying trends, and crafting actionable improvement plans.
  • Support teams and managers in the implementation of OE strategies.
  • Align L&D and OE initiatives with cross-functional efforts, creating a cohesive organizational development strategy.


Communication and Collaboration:

  • Develop tailored communication strategies to engage diverse, global audiences effectively.
  • Foster collaboration by partnering with internal teams to meet project objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted L&D and OE advisor.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, Learning & Development, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency, adaptable to diverse global audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Creative and innovative approach to learning design and development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HR or L&D certification is a plus.
