We are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our Marketing & Branding function and drive the transformation of a strong retail legacy brand into a globally recognized luxury brand.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on brand building, omni-channel growth, digital transformation, retail expansion, and strategic storytelling aligned with future public market ambitions.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Lead brand positioning from a strong regional presence to a premium global luxury identity.
  • Build compelling brand storytelling and high-impact campaigns for consumers and investors.
  • Drive celebrity endorsements, brand ambassador partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

Omni-Channel Growth & Digital Leadership

  • Scale e-commerce growth with focus on small-ticket jewelry segments for Millennials & Gen-Z.
  • Lead performance marketing across SEO, SEM, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless integration between online platforms and retail showrooms.
  • Build loyalty programs using customer analytics to improve LTV and retention.

Retail Expansion & Strategic Growth

  • Identify and execute new retail expansion opportunities including luxury malls and airports.
  • Lead participation in national and international exhibitions with strong brand visibility.
  • Build strong market intelligence frameworks to monitor competitors and trends.

Budget Ownership & Leadership

  • Manage large marketing budgets with strong focus on ROI and business growth outcomes.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams with a balance of creativity and data-driven execution.
  • Present marketing strategies and revenue impact effectively to promoters and leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership (CMO/Head of Marketing).
  • Strong experience in Luxury Retail / Jewellery / Lifestyle / Premium Consumer Brands.
  • Proven expertise in e-commerce scaling and digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of retail expansion and multi-location marketing strategy.
  • Ability to lead under pressure in a high-growth retail environment.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability and boardroom presence.


Education

  • MBA in Marketing (preferred) from a reputed institute.
