Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, driving financial strategies, and managing the company's overall financial health to support strategic decision-making. The CFO will work closely with stakeholders to provide actionable insights and maintain fiscal discipline within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and overall financial management
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends and optimizing financial performance
• Expertise in Financial Reporting and compliance with relevant regulatory standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries is advantageous
• Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Looking for candidates that are Surat based only
