Role Overview

As CEO, you will partner with the founders to take full ownership of the P&L, build a robust franchise framework, optimize centralized kitchen supply chains, and aggressively scale the brand’s footprint.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Expansion: Execute the blueprint to scale corporate and franchise units (FOFO/FOCO) across South India and overseas.

Operational Excellence: Institutionalize strict SOPs across stores and central production to ensure absolute quality and service consistency.

Financial Leadership: Drive profitability, manage capital allocation, and prepare the company for potential future funding rounds

Team Building: Modernize corporate governance and recruit top-tier heads for Operations, Logistics, and Marketing.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 10+ years of senior executive experience (CEO, COO, or VP) strictly within the QSR, retail, or fast-casual food sector.

Scale Track Record: Proven success scaling a food brand from a handful of regional locations to a multi-city footprint (ideally 50+ units).

Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of central kitchen logistics, cold chain operations, and franchise models.
