Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Real Estate Development & Construction

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹1 Crore per annum

Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Real Estate Development, Construction, or Architecture industry
• Strong expertise in construction management, project management, design, and architecture oversight
• Proven experience in P&L management, project costing, budgeting, and profitability management
• Excellent understanding of the complete construction lifecycle, vendor management, and raw material procurement
• Strong knowledge of liaisoning with government authorities, approvals, permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in managing high-value real estate development projects from concept to completion
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performance cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to drive strategic business growth, operational excellence, and long-term expansion plans.

Preferred Profile:

• Candidates with strong experience in real estate development and construction leadership roles
• Exposure to design and architectural decision-making along with execution excellence
• Experience handling government liaisoning, compliance, and stakeholder management at senior levels
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align project execution with profitability goals
• Male candidates preferred for this role due to extensive site visits, project supervision, and liaisoning requirements.
